Quick question for you. Do you ever wonder why some Network Marketers are more successful than others?

How some people can have a really great team and just be awesome at recruiting and business building, while others with the exact same skillset, work ethic and training seem to struggle?

I know I certainly have.

And as the author of 7 books, including the best-selling Networking like a Pro and Winning in Direct Sales, it turns out the answer has to do with mindset. In other words, success in network marketing is less about learning something new that works, and more about unlearning something old that doesn’t.

And in a lot of cases, that’s a conversation around mindset.

Which is why you see a lot of people run into challenge.

You see people going to conference, reading books, taking notes, jumping on calls…but they’re still not getting the level of success that they want. And reason is that while they’re doing all of those things, they’re also inadvertently engaging a series of activities that are holding them back from the very level of success that they want to be able to reach.

I call that having your foot on the brake and the gas at the same time, and like I said earlier that’s a conversation around mindset.

So during my fast-paced, highly interactive session, I’ll talk about:

• Mindset and getting out of your own way…so you can STOP the self sabotage and START talking to more people about the biz WITHOUT feeling “salesy” or otherwise over the top.

• The 4 Essential Elements of an Ideal Recruit…so you can attract more superstar recruits and build a team of hardworking professionals who actively want to grow their business.

• Developing a Recruiting Mindset…so you can silence the inner critic and step into your true potential.

Brian believes that success in network marketing is less about learning something new that works, and more about unlearning something old that doesn’t. And for most people, that’s a conversation about mindset. Which is why you see people run into problems when it comes to recruiting or business building despite having the EXACT SAME skill set, work ethic and training of others who are achieving breakthrough results. Not because they’re lazy or unintelligent, but because despite all the good stuff they’re doing, they’re also inadvertently engaging a series of self sabotaging thoughts, ideas and even actions, that are actually holding them back from the very success they want. He calls this putting your foot on the brake and the gas at the same time, and during his presentations Brian talks about what network marketers can do to stop the self sabotage and get out of your own way when it comes to recruiting, team building and growing their networking marketing business.
